Matt Cullen

Matt Cullen currently serves as Operations Manager at Hall Contracting of Kentucky, Inc., a position held since January 2024. Previously, Matt held the title of Director of Operations and Project Manager at Louisville Paving and Construction Co. from December 2016 to January 2024, overseeing various infrastructure projects. Matt's experience includes serving as a Project Manager for The Walsh Group, where responsibilities included assisting in the Ohio River Bridge East End Project, and as a Project Engineer/Project Manager at Flatiron Construction, working on notable bridge projects such as the I-35W bridge replacement. Early career roles at Sunkota Construction, Sioux Falls Construction, and Dakota Land Builders provided foundational skills in carpentry and equipment operation. Matt earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering from South Dakota State University in 2008.
