Mark Pettitt

Mark Pettitt currently serves as Clerk of Court for Hall County Government since January 2025. Prior roles include Director of Government Relations and Workforce & Economic Development at the University of North Georgia from December 2021 to December 2024, District Director at the Georgia School Boards Association from July 2021 to March 2024, and Ex Officio on the Parks & Leisure Services Board for Hall County Government. Mark also served as a Board Member for Hall County Schools, Business Development Officer at Gee Heating and Air, and Chairman of the Board for the Hall County Library System. Earlier positions include Supervisor at UPS and Legislative Aide for the Georgia General Assembly House of Representatives. Mark holds a BS in Political Science from the University of North Georgia and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University of West Georgia.
