Michael C. Helland

Michael Helland joined the Hospitality & Retail practice area at Hall & Evans in 2022. Mr. Helland defends businesses, insurers, and individuals in state and federal courts across Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Helland is experienced with employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases involving Title VII, Title VI, ADA, and ADEA.

Mr. Helland began his legal career as a Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Charles M. Pratt and Elizabeth Beebe Volz at the 18th Judicial District Court and went on to serve as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Honorable Andrew P. McCallin at the Denver District Court. Prior to Hall & Evans, Mr. Helland practiced employment and family law at Denver area firms.
