Lisa Gould has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service and Sales, and Education. In 2020, they began their current role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company, a leading sports, entertainment, and media enterprise headquartered in Canton, Ohio. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at CommQuest Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2021. From 2007 to 2011, they were an Account Manager at Creative Financial Staffing (CFS). From 2005 to 2007, they were an International Customer Service & Sales Representative at The Timken Company. In 2021, they also began their role as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Mount Union.
