Assistant General Counsel at Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment

Timothy Kelly has held various legal and business roles in the sports industry since 2006. In 2006, they were the General Manager of the New York Lizards (Major League Lacrosse). In 2007, they were the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for the New York Titans. In 2008, they were the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for the New York Dragons. From 2009 to 2016, they were a Senior Associate at Suris & Associates, P.C. where they provided counsel on a variety of business and legal issues. In 2020, they were the Director of Legal & Business Affairs at the XFL, where they drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various agreements. Currently, they are the Assistant General Counsel at the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company, where they draft, reviews, interprets, and negotiates complex commercial contracts.

Timothy Kelly obtained a B.A in Timothy'story from Brown University between 1998 and 2002. Timothy then went on to receive a Doctor of Law - JD from Brooklyn Law School between 2002 and 2005. Timothy also has two additional certifications from LinkedIn obtained in 2021: Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls and Job Searching, Interviewing, and Negotiating Salary.
