Piers Mitchem

Piers Mitchem is a seasoned legal professional specializing in employment law, with extensive experience in areas such as termination of employment, enterprise agreements, unfair dismissal, and dispute resolution. Piers has held the position of Special Counsel at Hall & Wilcox since July 2022, previously serving as a Senior Associate at Thomson Geer and at Hall & Wilcox from 2009 to 2019. Piers holds a Master of Arts in Non-Proliferation & International Security from King's College London and both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. Early education was completed at Trinity Grammar School in Kew.
