Elizabeth Ford Wilkins

Elizabeth Ford Wilkins is a Senior Commissioning Engineer at Hallam-ICS. Elizabeth has also worked as the Board of Directors Secretary at the Vermont Green Building Network and USGBC Vermont Chapter from January 2011 to December 2016. Prior to that, they were employed as an editor at the Water Environment & Technology Magazine from February 1992 to September 1995. Elizabeth began their career as an Environmental Engineer with the US Navy where they worked from August 1981 to August 1991.

Elizabeth Ford Wilkins holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution. Elizabeth also holds a certificate in Construction Surveying from Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology.
