Melissa Verdery is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate and operations management. Currently serving as a Client Solutions Manager at Hallam-ICS since October 2023, Melissa is dedicated to driving growth and market presence in North Carolina while supporting the local life science community. Prior to this, Melissa held various leadership roles at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., including Vice President of Asset Services, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 4 million square feet and significantly increasing revenue and property acreage. Melissa's diverse skill set includes operations management, business development, and project management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Arts Management from Shenandoah University.
