Timothy Stanley

Timothy P. Stanley has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Timothy P. started their career in 2003 as an HR Supervisor at Johnson Controls, where they supported 350 night shift employees in HR and safety. Timothy P. then worked at PepsiCo as a Senior Generalist, focusing on labor relations, performance management, sales recruitment, and code of conduct investigations.

In 2006, Stanley joined Honeywell, first as a Senior Generalist, where they served as an HR leader for multiple specialty chemical facilities. Prior to their current role, Stanley was the Director of Human Resources at Waste Management, providing HR leadership for 75+ locations and approximately 4000 employees in a business unit with $1.4B in annual revenue.

Currently, Stanley holds the position of VP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Hallcon Corporation, a mobility and infrastructure services company. In this role, they oversee HR operations for a company with 6,500 employees and is responsible for providing turnkey mobility solutions for various clients in multiple industries.
