With a background in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and healthcare, Daniel previously worked as an associate at the same firm. Daniel also has experience as a judicial intern at the Superior Court of New Jersey and as a legal assistant at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
