Carol Jarrett has over two decades of experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently holding the position of Manager for Source to Pay and S4 Implementation at Halliburton since July 2000. With a strong focus on risk mitigation and compliance, Carol leads teams in strategic sourcing and process improvement, aimed at optimizing procurement processes and enhancing value for internal customers while ensuring supplier adherence to safety and environmental standards. Previous roles include oversight of global governance for supply chain technologies and management of significant purchasing operations with an annual spend exceeding $300 million. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Bakersfield, and an advanced education from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M.
