Mohamed Eltaras, PMP, has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Business Development Manager for Halliburton/Aramco since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading the tendering process for multimillion USD integrated projects while upholding safety and compliance standards. Previous roles at Halliburton/Aramco include Technical and Sales Manager, Engineering Team Lead/Project Manager, and Senior Drilling Engineer, all focusing on team leadership, business development, and operational efficiency in drilling projects. Prior to Halliburton, Eltaras worked at Gupco/BP as Senior Operation Engineer and Drilling Supervisor, emphasizing safe and efficient drilling operations and project execution. Eltaras holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Suez Canal University and has pursued further education at Texas A&M University and the Project Management Institute.
