Seth Garff

Seth Garff is a consultant specializing in project management, strategy, and transformation at Chevron since October 2023. Currently, Seth also works as a consultant for Expressworks International, a boutique management consultancy. Previous experience includes roles as a management consulting intern at Expressworks focusing on strategic initiatives and as a change management consulting intern. Seth's diverse background features performance with BYU Vocal Point, a renowned a cappella group, and internships in business strategy with FJ Management and human development with Nu Skin. Seth has held leadership roles as a two-time captain of the Brigham Young University Men's Lacrosse team, where notable achievements included the 2022 RMLC Offensive Player of the Year. Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Brigham Young University, further enhancing skills through mentoring and organizational support initiatives.
