Mario Murat is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Director Europe at Hallite Seals since July 2025, Mario leads the execution of B2B sales strategies in the EMEA region while managing a high-performing sales team and key distributor relationships. Prior roles include Business Development Manager for OEMs Europe at Danfoss Power Solutions and Strategic Accounts Lead at Eaton, focusing on account performance and developing sales strategies. Mario’s career also features a tenure as Marketing Director at Marchema Milano, where responsibilities included achieving sales targets and driving brand awareness. Mario holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Product Development & Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has participated in an International Flex EMBA program focused on marketing and business management.
