Tuija Pesonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and investment management. Currently serving as Partner and Chairman of the Board at Ylinen Group Oy since June 2022, Tuija also holds board positions at Kuntien Tiera Oy and Finavia, where contributions are made to the development of ICT services for municipalities and management of Finnish airports, respectively. Tuija has a strong advisory role at Smilee, focusing on enhancing online customer engagement and sales conversion through innovative AI technologies.
