Toni Lane Clark

Toni Lane Clark has extensive experience in claims management within the insurance industry, currently serving as Manager of Claims Quality Assurance at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since June 2015. In this role, Toni is responsible for overseeing claims resolution accuracy and timeliness for a diversified personal and specialty property and casualty insurer. Previously, as Litigation Manager for Commercial Auto, Toni led a team managing a significant volume of nationwide commercial auto and general liability claims. Prior experience includes Claims Manager at National Unity Insurance Company, where Toni managed all claims operations for a leading insurer with a substantial market share, and a variety of roles at Trident Insurance Services, Nationwide Insurance, Safeway M.G.A, Inc., and Employers Casualty Company. Toni holds a BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University.
