Rania Massaad

Rania Massaad is an accomplished senior operations manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and housekeeping sectors. Currently serving at Hallmark Housekeeping Services Inc. since November 2017, Rania oversees operations with a focus on health and safety, environmental management, and risk assessments. Previously, Rania held the role of operations manager at NEW IMAGE BUILDING SERVICES, US from March 2011 to June 2017. Rania began the career as assistant executive housekeeper at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts from May 2000 to July 2010, managing various housekeeping services and participating in consultancy efforts for a development project in Beirut. Rania holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, completed between 1995 and 1999.
