Zachary Gidwitz

Zachary Gidwitz is a seasoned professional in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Hallmark Management Service Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Gidwitz held various leadership roles at Metz Culinary Management, including System General Manager in Healthcare from September 2019 to February 2023. Gidwitz's extensive experience with Aramark spanned over six years, during which roles included Multi Unit General Manager, Food Service Director, Catering Manager, and Office Supervisor. Gidwitz began the career as Catering Lead at Best Impressions Caterers from August 2010 to January 2013.
