Shannon Kelley

Shannon Kelley has extensive experience in human resources and therapeutic services, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Hallmark Youthcare since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at Hallmark Youthcare Richmond from October 2013 to September 2023, including Sanctuary Coordinator and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. As Sanctuary Coordinator, Shannon coordinated the Sanctuary Model, implemented trauma-informed services, and led staff trainings while ensuring compliance with external oversight standards. Shannon's earlier experience includes an Activity Therapy Internship at Tucker Pavilion, facilitating therapeutic activities for diverse populations, and roles in food and beverage services. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from Radford University.
