Erin Roebuck

Erin Roebuck is a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader-Global and Creative Culture & Talent Development Consultant at Hallmark Cards since June 2004, overseeing the strategy to enhance the skills of creative talent. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter, Creative Talent Recruiter, Associate Art Director, and Graphic Designer, contributing significantly to various creative projects. Erin also serves on the Advisory Board of Team KC: Life+Talent at the Kansas City Area Development Council, supporting talent recruitment initiatives. Additional engagements include board membership at the COOL Swim Team and co-chairing the Alumni Fundraising Committee for the Nora Springs Golf Course Association. Erin's background also includes writing for the Kansas City Mom Collective and serving as Director of Sponsorship for AIGA Kansas City. Erin holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University.
