Monica Alderson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles at Hallmark Cards and Hallmark Canada. At Hallmark Cards, they held positions such as Business Services Director - Technology Product Development, Project Management Director - Consumer Solutions, and Director of IT Strategy. In these roles, they developed strategic technical roadmaps, led software selection and implementation, and managed cross-functional teams for successful product launches. At Hallmark Canada, Monica worked as the Vice President of Information Technology, where they were responsible for strategic planning, project delivery, and budget management. Additionally, they also served as the Information Technology Services and Sourcing Director and Project Delivery Director at Hallmark Cards, overseeing infrastructure outsourcing agreements and project management organizations. Throughout their career, Monica has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in technology innovation and business transformation.

Monica Alderson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Data Processing from Northwest Missouri State University.
