Paula Tatum Matthews has extensive work experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and development. Paula Tatum began their career in 2009 at Hallmark Cards, where they held various roles including Organization Development Manager, Employee Relations Manager, Director of Employee Relations & HR Service Center, Director - Employee Relations, and Director - Talent Management & Development. In 2021, Paula joined the American Academy of Family Physicians as the VP and Chief People Officer.
