Amanda Orta's work experience begins with their role as a Patient Care Technician at Medical City of Dallas from 2008 to 2010. In this role, they served as a Unit Secretary and Patient Care Assistant on a telemetry unit, gaining experience with LVAD and Heart Transplant patients.

From 2010 to 2012, Orta worked as a Medical Records Clerk at Heritage Park Surgical Hospital, responsible for managing and organizing medical records.

Finally, they served as an Implementation Manager, successfully implementing MSPs and VMS accounts while consulting and driving members towards best practices.

In 2016, Orta also joined Vaya Workforce as an Associate Director of Account Operations, leading execution of divisional strategies and initiatives and fostering a culture of honesty and value. Amanda later took on the role of Interim Director of Implementation, driving program objectives, managing implementation activities, and implementing project management tools.

Orta's current position is the Director of Customer Success and Talent Delivery at Hallmark Health Care Solutions, a role they began in 2023.

Amanda Orta, CHP, has a diverse educational background in the healthcare field. In 2021, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management at the University of Phoenix, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to that, in 2007, Amanda obtained a certification as a CNA (Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant/Aide) from the PCI Health Training Center. Additionally, they have a High School Diploma from Plano East Senior High School, which they received between 2004 and 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Amanda has obtained the "Certified Health Care Staffing Professional" certification from the American Staffing Association in March 2022.
