Jennifer Firmalan

Jennifer Firmalan has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, they served as the VP of Workforce EII IRP at Hallmark Health Care Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Munson Healthcare as the Nursing Manager, where they implemented a technology-driven Internal Resource Pool to decrease agency spend and facilitate the placement of internationally trained nurses. Before that, they were a Nursing Supervisor at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where they ensured staff deployment based on organizational needs and reviewed nursing operational standards. Jennifer also served as a Nursing Instructor at Fortis College, Ohio, where they coordinated nursing student clinical placement and improved scheduling and curriculum effectiveness.
