Jon T. Emaus

Mr. Emaus is General Counsel for Hallmark Health Care Solutions. He brings a deep knowledge of the law and regulations, negotiating skills, and specializations in healthcare, complex business litigation, and information technology.

He acts as a legal and business advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team solving complex problems and developing creative business solutions including areas of public policy, ethics, and risk. As part of the leadership, Mr. Emaus assists in analyzing and projecting the short and long-term impacts of business operational decisions on business strategy and shareholder value. In addition to contract negotiations and compliance, Mr. Emaus collaborates with finance, human resources, information technology, research and development, marketing, and sales.
