Maria Novianti is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as a Group Leader and Senior Research Chemist in Sun Care at Hallstar since October 2021. Prior to this role, Maria worked at Sensient Cosmetic Technologies from July 2018 to September 2021 as an Innovation Scientist specializing in color and skincare, where significant contributions included advancing pigment surface treatments and developing in-house evaluation techniques for skincare. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University, supporting a graduate course in personal care science. Maria's career began as a Research Associate at Nanyang Technological University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Business and Science from Rutgers University.
