Paul Kefford

Paul Kefford serves as the Group Procurement Director and Global Head of Procurement at Halma plc since September 2018, leading global procurement initiatives across various geographical locations and managing diverse stakeholder engagements. Prior to Halma, Paul held the position of Group Senior Category Manager - Technology & Services at De La Rue from May 2016 to September 2018, where responsibility included managing a global team of 25 and implementing strategic initiatives for both indirect and direct expenditures. Paul’s earlier roles at De La Rue encompassed Group Category Manager - Indirects and various purchasing positions at Gemalto, starting in January 2002. Paul is academically equipped with a degree in Geography and a CIPS qualification in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management.
