Tara Ott-Donahue has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Tara currently holds the position of Associate Manager, Customer Experience at Halo Collar, where they are responsible for hiring new team members, creating SOP docs and knowledgebase articles, and planning and executing new product launches.
