Cathy Fletcher

Cathy Fletcher is an accomplished marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in various roles since 1999. Currently serving as the Group Marketing and Sales Manager at Halo Leisure since January 2010, Cathy has a track record in developing strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Prior to this role, Cathy held the position of Adviser and Mentor for the Small Business Start Up Programme at Riverside Training from 2001 to 2011, delivering sessions on marketing and customer engagement. Cathy also served as the Head of Sales and Marketing at The Royal National College for the Blind from 2001 to 2010, overseeing marketing and recruitment efforts both domestically and internationally. Cathy's earlier experience includes working as a Marketing and Quality Assurance Officer at Gloucestershire County Council. Academically, Cathy holds a First-Class BA Hons in Marketing and Tourism from the University of Strathclyde and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Wales.
