Steve Stoeffler, MBA, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Steve has held various leadership roles in different companies throughout their career.

Steve's most recent position was as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Halocarbon starting in November 2021.

Prior to that, they served as the CFO at Manufacturing Resources International (MRI) from January 2015 to November 2021. During their tenure, they successfully refinanced the company's debt and significantly increased its EBITDA. Steve also negotiated a major deal resulting in the sale of American Panel Corporation for $100 million while serving as the CFO from January 2015 to September 2019.

Between 2012 and 2015, Steve was the Vice President of Finance at Sabre Industries, Inc., where they implemented improvements in reporting and increased profitability.

Before Sabre Industries, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Klockner Metals US from August 2011 to October 2012. Steve was responsible for leading the integration of the controlling group and implementing new systems.
