Beth Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Beth began their career as a Software Developer and Project Manager in financial and consulting companies from 1977 to 1982. Beth then worked at Roche BioScience, where they served as a Manager of Pharmaceutical Development Applications, implementing global technology and re-engineering initiatives. Clarke then joined Incyte Genomics as Vice President, where they built and managed a large bioinformatics information organization and led product line growth. Beth later held executive positions at Entelos, Inc as EVP and CIO. Clarke continued their career at Pfizer, serving as Executive Director in various roles, including R&D Informatics Regional Head and Emerging Markets Medical Business Unit Global R&D Business Partner. Beth also worked at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, an Amgen subsidiary, as Senior Director, responsible for strategic and operational leadership in development. Currently, Clarke holds the position of Vice President and CIO at Halozyme, Inc., overseeing IT, Security, and Site Operations.
Beth Clarke obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Studies from Vassar College in 1977.
