Michaël Aupetit

Michaël Aupetit has extensive experience in research and scientific roles. Michaël started working at CEA LIST in 2002 as a Post-doc and later became a Research Scientist. In December 2008, they were promoted to the role of Research Scientist, Senior Expert in Data Mining and Visual Analytics. Michaël worked at CEA LIST until July 2014. Since August 2014, they have worked for the Qatar Computing Research Institute, initially as a Scientist and later as a Senior Scientist.

Michaël Aupetit received their Diploma of Engineering in Computer Science from Ecole pour les Etudes et la Recherche en Informatique et Electronique (EERIE) in 1998. In 1997, they pursued a Master's degree in Automatic Systems and Micro-Electronics (DEA SyAM) at the University of Montpellier. From 1998 to 2001, Aupetit completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial Engineering (Génie Industriel) at Grenoble INP - UGA. Finally, in 2012, they obtained an Accreditation for Research Supervision (HDR), the highest French academic degree, in Computer Science from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI).
