Nikolaos Spachis

Nikolaos Spachis is an experienced professional in hospitality and operations management, currently serving as the Assistant Executive Director of Hospitality at Hamad Medical Corporation since 2015. In this role, Nikolaos manages outsourced contracts and operations across 16 JCI accredited hospitals, focusing on areas such as housekeeping, waste management, and catering. Previously, Nikolaos held the position of Senior Manager of School Operations at GEMS Education, overseeing non-academic operations across multiple schools in Dubai.
