Laura Soto Sedeño has been working in the field of digital marketing since 2015. Laura began their career as Legal Staff at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2015. In 2016, they moved to Xaviera PR Agency as a Community Manager, where they were responsible for developing and managing internal and client's social media strategies, creating and publishing content for blog, mailings and social media, and developing and managing the agency's online community. In 2017, they were hired as a Content Creator for Sephora Mexico and United Colors of Benetton Mexico at Makken. Her responsibilities included creating and publishing content for blog, mailings and social media, translating business objectives into content for specific targets, and monitoring and reporting on social media trends compelling the brand. In 2018, they moved to Pied à Terre as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for creating and developing Digital Marketing Strategies, creating concepts and design budgets, and coordinating online Marketing Campaigns on Social Media with media agencies. In 2020, they joined Hamak Hotels as a Social Media Officer, where they were responsible for implementing social media platforms' content strategies, creating writing content, overseeing digital design strategies, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns. Currently, they work as a freelance writer and content creator.

Laura Soto Sedeño received a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2018. In 2016, they completed a Community Management course in Marketing from the CENTRO diseño | cine | televisión. Laura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2011 and 2015.
