Yuka Eto

Yuka Eto is a seasoned professional in global talent development, currently serving as a Global Talent Development Specialist at Hamamatsu Corporation since April 2024. As CEO of Y.E.D International since April 2017, Yuka has provided consulting services focused on international talent development, addressing job description gaps and language skills to facilitate effective succession planning. Prior to the current role at Hamamatsu, Yuka revitalized the Silicon Valley Immersion Program as Program Manager at the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) from January 2023 to April 2024. Additional experience includes teaching positions at 中央大学 and Showa Women's University, and leading English curriculum initiatives at Rakuten, ALC Press, and Dealwave Inc. Yuka's educational background includes a Master's degree in TESOL from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Asian Studies from Claremont McKenna College, and various certifications in TEFL and leadership.
