Dominic Perks

Dominic co-founded Hambro Perks with Rupert Hambro CBE. As well as being a Partner of Hambro Perks, Dominic serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and is a voting member and Chairman of the Adviser’s Investment Committee.

Dominic focuses on the development of Hambro Perks, originating and assessing new opportunities for investment and advising businesses at their earliest stages. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience, having successfully founded, scaled and exited multiple businesses, and this experience is crucial in advising many of Hambro Perks’ youngest investee companies. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Dominic was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co., where he advised clients on growth strategies. He also had a career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley where he primarily originated investment opportunities for private equity firms. Dominic graduated from Oxford University with a first-class degree in English Literature.

Dominic has been responsible for originating and investing into over forty portfolio companies and serves as Hambro Perks’ investor director on a number of boards, including Tempo, Takumi and Rainmaking Venture Studio.
