Ted Mallett is an analyst at Hambro Perks. Prior to joining Hambro Perks, Ted was the founder and director of Dorsal Content, where they managed accounts, developed a website and brand identity, communicated with clients, and led a team of young freelancers to work on high profile projects. Ted also led video production and content editing for 15 marketing campaign projects in the first year. These included campaigns for Formula 1, Brand USA and Red Bull, broadcast on various outlets such as Channel4.com, Digital Escalator Panels, and client websites and social media platforms.

Prior to their work at Dorsal Content, Ted was a research engineer at Safran. While at Safran, Ted digitized the Sales Team process for client facing Technical Specification documents, from manually generated 50 pages to an automated data compiling programme. The programme has supported several successful bids through eliminating human error and reducing resource hours required by 6 hours per bid. Ted also recommended, created and implemented a project management tool with Excel VBA for Research Engineers to estimate timescales of projects, plan, schedule, track, and budget for them, leading to a 50% increase in on time projects. Additionally, Ted researched, analyzed, constructed business cases, and presented findings of multiple new technologies for use on airplane seats through presentations to multidisciplinary review teams and technical reports.

Ted Mallett has a degree in engineering design with a focus on industry from the University of Bristol. Ted also attended Emanuel School.
