Sören Grieme

Sören Grieme's work experience includes serving as the Head of People Management at Hamburg Commercial Bank from December 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at the same company from July 2018 to November 2021. Sören also worked as a Lecturer in Human Resources Management at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences from March 2015 to February 2022. Before that, they were the Head of HR at PANTAENIUS Holding GmbH from May 2015 to June 2018. Sören also worked as a Process Manager at FlexBase GmbH from February 2013 to March 2015. Sören Grieme started their career as an Intern at Maersk Line in 2012 and then worked as a Working Student (Candidate Management) at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2011.

Sören Grieme obtained a B.A. in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius Hamburg in 2012. Later, they pursued an M.Sc. in International Management from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship, completing it in 2015.
