Hans Oerlemans

Hans Oerlemans is an accomplished Landscape Architect and Urban Designer with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently, Hans works at wOnder city+landscape where responsibilities include research and publications focused on design strategies and community participation. Concurrently, Hans serves as a Senior Urban Designer at Hames Sharley and as an Urban Designer, Landscape Architect, and Community Engagement Specialist at Team Agile. Previous roles include teaching positions at The University of Western Australia and the Australian Urban Design Research Centre, and significant contributions to PLACE Laboratory and RPS Group. As a founding partner of OKRA landscape architects, Hans led one of the Netherlands' premier design firms, engaging in international projects across various countries. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Landscape Architecture from Wageningen University & Research and additional studies in Urban Design and History of Architecture.
