Matthew Ayres

Matthew Ayres has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and podcast hosting. Matthew currently serves as the Head of Cloud Security Recruitment at Hamilton Barnes, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Network & Security Recruitment Consultant and a Networking & Security Recruitment Consultant at the same company. In addition to their recruitment career, Matthew is also a host at The Route to Networking podcast, which they began in December 2022.
