International Customer Service & Operations Manager at Hamilton Beach Brands

Isaias Servin began their work experience in 1992 at Moulinex Mexico, where they worked in After Sales Service until 1999. In 1999, they joined Hamilton Beach de Mexico as an International Service & Distribution Manager, where they played a key role in designing and implementing logistics policies and distribution networks to ensure excellent customer service. Isaias also focused on managing the flow of products between vendors, warehouses, 3PLs, and customers while maintaining low costs. In 2010, Isaias continued their career at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc., taking on the roles of International Service & Distribution Manager and later becoming the International Customer Service & Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for driving value creation in the supply chain through customer collaborative strategic programs and interdisciplinary teams, with the goal of being a "Best In Class Customer Service Supplier." Overall, Isaias Servin has developed extensive expertise in international customer service, operations management, supply chain, and logistics.

Isaias Servin attended Facultad de Ingenieria UNAM from 1988 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
