Declan Callery

Declan Callery is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hamilton City Council since October 2021. Prior to this role, Declan held various positions at PDV Consultants from January 2013 to October 2021, including Senior Engineer and Process Project Engineer. Declan's expertise also includes a Mechanical Design Engineer role at Qualitrol in 2012, where responsibilities encompassed leading design improvements for the AKM product range. Additional experience was gained as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Project Design Engineers Ltd, focusing on process plant designs and hydraulic analysis, and as a Design Engineer at McCrory Engineering Ltd, developing detailed mechanical components for concrete batching plants. Declan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Manufacturing Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 2007.
