Aaron Ray

Aaron Ray serves as the inaugural Director of the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) at Hamilton College, where responsibilities include developing academic access and enrichment initiatives for underrepresented students in STEM and health-related fields. Ray's leadership extends to directing Opportunity Programs, co-hosting the "Opportunity on the Mic" podcast, and participating in multiple advisory roles, such as with First Gen Leadership and the NYC Department of Education. As President of the Higher Education Opportunity Program Professional Organization, Ray advocates for equitable access in higher education and oversees strategic initiatives. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Union College.
