The current board of directors at Hamilton College have a wide range of previous experiences that they bring to the table. A few examples include working in financial operations, college and career counseling, as well ascoordinating anti-poverty initiatives. In terms of education, the board members all hold degrees from Hamilton College in subjects like economics and sociology.
