Hamilton County Public Health
Chanetta Cottrell is a seasoned health professional currently serving as the Health Promotions Coordinator at Hamilton County Public Health since May 2022. Previously, Chanetta worked as a Communicable Disease Investigator at the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department LFCHD from August 2020 to July 2022, where Chanetta also contributed as a Health Promotion Educator. Chanetta's extensive experience includes a role as a Member Connector at the YMCA from 2014 to August 2020 and as an Account Specialist at Dell from March 2010 to October 2012. Educational achievements include a Master of Science (M.S.) in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Communication from Western Kentucky University.
