Kyle M.

Kyle M. has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. Kyle started their career as a Client Services Team Lead/Hiring Manager at Epic Health Services, Inc. in 2013 and worked there until 2015. Kyle then joined Alpha Barnes Real Estate Services as a Leasing Manager from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined LifeCare Hospitals as a Human Resources professional from 2017 to 2018. Kyle then worked at Allied Property Management as a Human Resources Director from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Texas Health Resources as a Human Resources Generalist and worked there until 2020. Currently, Kyle is the Chief People Officer at Hamilton Healthcare System, a role they have held since 2023.

Kyle M. completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Liberty University from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree in Youth Ministry from Crown College from 2007 to 2010. Kyle also received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Pensacola Christian College from 2005 to 2007.
