Justin Smith

Justin Smith has worked for five different companies since 2013. Justin began their career at Musha Cay & The Islands of Copperfield Bay, where they held the role of Food and Beverage Director from 2013 to 2014. Justin then moved to Emerus Holdings, Inc. and held two roles, Human Resources:Training and Development Analyst and Front Office Coordinator, from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they began working at uScore Soccer as a Skills Trainer, where they provided hands on team and individual soccer trainings. In 2020, they began working at Cornerstone Building Brands as a Learning & Talent Development Analyst, and at the same time they began working at Hamilton Health Box as the Director of Engagement and Director of Testing, where they build on-site microclinics for the self-insured employer.

Justin Smith obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ashland University between 1999 and 2002. Justin then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Akron between 2002 and 2004. In March of 2019, Justin Smith obtained a Workday HCM Core Fundementals certification from Workday.
