Janny Proba

Janny Proba is an accomplished nursing professional currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Manager for Surgical Oncology & the Surgical Ambulatory Clinic at Hamilton Health Sciences since August 2021. With extensive leadership experience, Proba holds the position of Vice President for the Golden Horseshoe region of the Canadian Association of Nurses in Oncology and has been involved with the Canadian Vascular Access Association as President for 2023 and 2024, and previously as President Elect and Director At Large. Proba has a solid background in education, having served as a Clinical Instructor at McMaster University and an Oncology Instructor at Mohawk College. Proba's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Western University, a Master of Education from Brock University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University.
