Julie Capstick

Julie Capstick, CHRL, possesses extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation and benefits roles. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Reporting, Compensation and Benefits at Hamilton Health Sciences since October 2014, Julie previously held several positions within the same organization, including Total Rewards Specialist and Manager of Compensation Services. Prior experience includes a role as Total Rewards Specialist at Halton Healthcare Services and various positions at TELUS Sourcing Solutions and Hamilton Health Sciences, where responsibilities spanned compensation analysis and human resources support. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from McMaster University and a Human Resources Management degree from Mohawk College.
