Keith Monrose

Keith Monrose is the Executive Director of Seneca International where he leads global post-secondary initiatives. Keith held previous leadership positions in the post-secondary, health, and technology sectors at McMaster University, Mohawk College, Merck Canada, Canada Health Infoway, and Telus. Throughout his career, Keith led and implemented transformation initiatives focused on organization alignment, performance, and growth strategies. He is a frequent speaker on the future of work and volunteers on a number of sector advisory groups, committees, and boards.
